The Nigerian Communication Commission NCC, has reduce the heavy fine of $5.3billion on South African Telecom giant MTN to $3.4 billion after much negotiation with the regulatory body.
MTN was hit with the fine in October for missing the deadline to disconnect unregistered SIM cards
The reduced fine has to be paid by December 31.
