EFCC Arraigns EX DG of NIMASA ,Akpolobokemi and 9 Others Over N3.4b Theft

                                  

The Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC yesterday arraigns the Ex Director General of  Nigerian Maritime Administration and Saftey Agency NIMASA,Patrick Akpolobokemi along with 9 others before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
They were charged over allegation of N3.4 billion theft,he was arraigned
 alongside Captain Ezekiel Agaba, Ekene Nwakuche, Felix Bob-Nabena, Captain Warredi Enisuoh, Governor Juan, Ugo Fredrick, Timi Alari and two companies, Al-Kenzo Limited and Peniel Engineering Services Limited.
The trail Judge Justice Saliu Saidu Granted Akpolobokemi  bail in the sum of N100m with two sureties in like sum,One of the sureties must be his relative and must own a landed property in the highbrow Lekki, Ikoyi or Victoria Island, the judge ruled
