The Court of Appeal on Thursday sacked Senator Godswill Akpabio from the National Assembly,Akpabio is the Minority leader of the PDP representing Akwa Ibom State,he was also a two term Governor of that state.
The Federal Court of Appeal ruled on Thursday that violation of the electoral act during the senatoral elections by Akpabio and the All Progressive Candidate Inibehe Okri informed their decision and ordered a 90 days period for a re-run election.
