Court Of Appeal Nullifies Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State Election

  

The Court of Appeal on Friday nullified the Governorship election of Akwa Ibom State on the ground of Irregularities.
The Five man panel led by Justice Uwani Abba Iji Unanimously ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission,INEC to conduct a fresh election within 90 days,the court also set aside the judgement of the election petition Tribunal which only nullifies the elections in 18 local government Areas
