Appeal Court Sacks Governor Wike Nyesome of Rivers State

   

The Court of Appeal has affirmed the Judgement of Election petition Tribunal of Rivers State Governorship Elections.
The Court said Governor Wike was not validly elected as earlier ruled on Oct 24 by the Election petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja
The petition challenging the election was Filed by APC Candidate Dakuku Peterside
