The alleged master minder of the bomb blast which killed close to a 100 people Aminu Ogwuche has filed a law suit against the federal government, SSS, and the Attorney General of the Federation demanding a N100m and apology for unlawful detention by the SSS.
This came just barely a week after the federal high court set the suspect free.
Ogwuchi made this prayer through his Lawyer Ahmed Raji SAN with an application Pursuant to order 2 Rule (1), (2), (3) of the fundamental Enforcement Procedure Rule and sections 35, 36,37, and 42 of the 1999 constitution seeking for the enforcement of his fundamental human right
But ,the judge struck out the name of the Attorney General as a defendant in the case by the request of the applicant.
The counsel of Aminu Ogwuchi said it was the red alert place by the Federal government That led to Interpol arresting him contrary to the believe that it was the Interpol
Here we live under impunity for the Rich and well connected People, were is the Justice for the innocent dead?
