4 More Soldiers Sentence To Death

           

The Nigeria  military Court martial has sentence another 4 group of soldiers to death in Abuja Wednesday Night  Dec 24th
The non Commission officers who are Lance Corporal,Bankole Taiwo, Oyodele Olawale,Isaiah Olofu, Adebayo Gbenga Private,  got death sentence while, Lance corporal Sule Ochechepo was discharged and acquitted

The Sentenced soldiers were alleged to have asked "inciting questions" according to the Commanding officer 81 battalion when he addresses them.

“The questions pertained to the corpses of some of their colleagues brought to the camp after they were killed by the Boko Haram terrorists due to lack of weapons. The charge of mutiny was that the 5 soldiers “incited soldiers of 81 Bn to mutiny against the authority of 7 Division of Nigerian Army”.

The sentence of this soldiers came after 54 soldiers were sentence to death recently hundreds of soldiers are currently awaiting trial,the 4 soldiers have been moved to lagos awaiting appeal,pardon or execution
