A South African Judge today rule that Court prosecutors can appeal against the conviction of Oscar Pistorius, but denied the state for challenging his sentence.
The prosecution argue that the five years sentence is way too lenient for the crime of killing his girl friend Reeva Steenkamp.Oscar was convicted of culpable Homicide, he was sentenced to five years imprisonment
