A PORSCHE driving, gucci bag carrying pastor, is definitely not a neglected levite!

 The bible instructs us not to neglect the levites, because they have no income or inheritance, and have no allotment of land. This also tells us, that any pastor who has a job, owns land, has any income apart from the church, does not qualify to be a levite and is therefore unfit to collect tithe!
Deut 14, [27] And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee
