Niger Delta University Shut Down Indefinitely

  

The Bayelsa State own Niger-Delta University has been shut down indefinitely on Wednesday 17th February.
The Institution was shut down following a protest of 200 level engineering students which turned violent.
The protest was as a result of a new law made by the management , which states that any student that  fails the three core engineering courses will be withdrawn from the faculty.
After the implementation, over 20 final year student of the faculty were affect and were ask to withdraw and continue in another faculty at 200 level.
