Goodluck Jonathan's Ex ADC Detained on Army Directive -EFCC

                                           

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has detained Ex president Jonathan's ADC Col Adegbe since Feb 11th on the other and directive by the Nigerian Army according to the EFCC,the commission also denied summoning him from the United Kingdom where he is attending a military course after his boss handed over power  May 29th 2015.

This denial was in a counter affidavit filed by the commission in response to the law suit filed by Col Adegbe against the EFCC over unlawful detention demanding N100m.
The affidavit reads part :
 The true position is that it was his office, the Nigerian Army, that brought him to the office of the respondent, in furtherance of their investigation into detected financial crimes committed in the arms procurement involving the applicant.
