Former Vice President Abubakar Atiku launched The Technology Enhancement Learning For All TELA, for IDP's Children in Yola Adamawa State,TELA is an American University of Nigerian project sponsored by USIAD that will teach basic literacy and numeracy to vulnerable children,Atiku was on ground on the 1st Feb with the children as he spent time with them.
