Governor Adams Oshiomole Sacks Four Commissioners

         

Governor Oshiomole has terminated the appointment of four Commissioners in the State Executive Council.
In a statement by the  Special adviser on Media and Public Affairs,Prince Kassim Afegbua, said those affected in the exercise which is in line with government’s commitment to strengthen the system towards optimal performance are: 


*Chief Lucky James, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs;
*Mrs. Maigida Blessing, Commissioner for Women Affairs;
*Mr. Patrick Aguinede, Commissioner for Basic Education
*Mr. Chris Ebare, Commissioner for Energy and Water Resources.
The Sacked commissioners are directed to handover government properties in their possession to the permanent secretary in the respective Ministries.
The governor express his appreciation the ex commissioner for their service to the state and wish the well in their future endeavors
