Code of Conduct Bureau File 13 Count Corruption Charges Against Senate President

         

The Code of Conduct Bureau has filed 13 count corruption charges against the Senate President Dr Saraki at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
The Charges was filed on September 11, he is been accused of false declaration of asset in the form he filled before the Bureau as governor of Kwara State.
He was also accused of failing to declare some assets as a Governor and accused of operating foreign account while in office.
The charges were prepared by M.S. Hassan, a deputy director in the office of the Attorney General of the Federation. as published by PremiumTimes
