Mariah Carey has refused to pay $30 million Nick cannon demanded for divorce settlement,angry Nick has now sign a deal with a Major book publishing company Simon and Schuster,the sum Nick is demanding from Mariah is way more than their initial agreement,she insisted Nick will not get a dime more than $10 million she willing to offer him.
