In a two hours interview , he said he has been struggling with his gender problem since Childhood.
He denied it isn't a publicity stunt to promote his reality TV show when asked.
He told Dianne Sawyer of ABC that "for all intents and purposes, I am a woman."
"That female side of me is part of me. It's who I am. I was not genetically born that way. As of now I have all of the male parts. So in a lot of ways we are different," he added.
He revealed that her step daughter is Kim kardashian and her husband kanye West has been big supporter.he is the most high profile American to come clean as transgender.
His Daughter Kylie Jenner shared a throw photo of his father in the 80's in a feminine style.
