Inspector General of Police Donates N7million To Missing Police officers Wife

                    

The Inspector General of Police Suleiman Abba Yesterday made a cash sum donation of N7 million  to the wives of Police officers that went missing when Boko haram attack the Mobile training police school in Gwazo on August 20
This donation was made to 14 wives of 35 police officers,each woman will get N500,000, to eleviate their suffering According to NAN


In adding the IG also distributed 20 tubers of yams,1 gallon of groundnut oil, 1 bag of rice each to the women and 84 other women who lost their husband in active service,also 62 other widows who lost their husband in an ambush and killed in Nassarawa State by Omgbatse cult member at Alakyo village on May 7,2013 also got some food items,
The Inspector General promised that the search for the missing Officers will continue until result is found

"Those whose husbands are still missing, let me say that we are still pained, we are still hopeful and we have not stopped the efforts to trace them, wherever they are.

“And that, we will not relent until we are able to account for each and every one of them, this I want to assure you.

“Without mincing word and with due consideration to the status of my office, we mean every word we say, the search continues, the hope is still there,” Abba said.


Mr Abba said the force will not forget them, and the outcome of the investigation and decision made will be implemented
