The National Defence College is the highest professional military training institution in the country,charged with the responsibility of developing officers in defence management,the NDC just graduated its course 23 of the Institution.
Course 23 was made up of 120 officer drawn from the Army ,Navy, Airforce ,civilians, paramilitary/security agencies and 9 International participants.
President Buhari being the special guest of honour congratulate the participant and charge the to use the knowledge gain to advance national security and intergrity in their future endeavours
