Suleiman AbdulRahaman Kawu Sumaila was yesterday appointed by President Buhari as the Senior Special Adviser to the President on National Assembly Matters, he was one of the defiant lawmaker that scaled the face of the NASS complex gate during the police siege on the then Speaker Aminu Tambuwal who is governor of Sokoto.
