Heavy Rain Wreck Havoc in Katsina,Destroy Home and Livestocks

                  

Heavy rain that fell on Thursday  in Malumfashi council area  of kasina has lead to destruction of livestock and houses,including the collapse of 4 local bridges
600 mud houses and 300 domestic animals were washed away.


Eyewitness said six communities were affected,which includes,Unguwan Liman, Amada, Kofan Kudu, Gwanmusa, Rafin Dinya, and Tinginlin.and also trailer parked close to the bridge and shops close to the road,were washed away including,wielding equipment,doors gates and windows.
Fortunately nobody was killed,just only a pregnant woman,who was injured.

But residents have to move miles from home to salvage what they could find including animals.
 the council area and state environmental protection agency was making effort to assist those affected according to witness.
