Blac Chyna has been denied the right to trademark the name, Angela Renee Kardashian, by the court even if she gets married to Rob Kardashian or not.

Blac who already has a baby girl with Rob Kardashian filed to trademark the name in December ahead of her marriage to Rob.
A counter legal document was filed by the trio Kardashian, kim, Khloe and Kourtney charging that they will 'suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill' should the proposed name change go ahead.
Blac Chyna was reportedly planning to launch 'entertainment services, make television and movie appearances, live as a "social media celebrity," as well as party host,' under the new name.
