Gauthier Destenay, a Belgian architect, married to Luxembourg gay Prime Minister Xavier Bettel was spotted mingling with the wives of world leaders during the NATO conference on Thursday.
He joined  Melanie Trump and others while their partners were off discussing world affairs.
