Dr Conrad Murray Personal physician of late king of pop Michael Jackson reveals in his tell it all book "This is It"that the pop star told him in a confessional conversation that he got a hormone injection at age 13 to delay puberty and keep his voice high.


'He began talking vaguely, seeming to have more difficulty describing precisely what happened to him. Maybe he was almost at the limit to his cathartic confession that night,' Murray told the Mirror.
'But what Michael said left me the impression that he had been given injections, probably hormones, to delay puberty.'he added
