The First Executive Governor of Delta State Chief Felix Ibru is dead,at the age of 80,he was said to have died today in Lagos. He was Born on December 7, 1935,and hailed from Ughelli North Local Government of Delta State.
He was once contested a won a seat as a senator in 2003 under the Peoples Democratic Party.
