National Assembly Budget To Be Published Next Week

                     

Senate President Dr Saraki disclosed on Sunday that the breakdown of the National Assemby budget will be published next week.
This is contained in a statement signed by
Mohammed Isa, Special Assistant on Public Affairs to Mr. Saraki and made available to News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja.Mr. Saraki made the disclosure while speaking with a team of editors of the London based newspaper- the Economist.
He said the publication of the budget is in line with  NASS anti corruption stance of the 8th Assembly that no corruption will be  covered up.

“For the first time we promised Nigerians that the Senate will disclose its budget breakdown, the committee will make its report available by next week.“We are resolved to break the tradition of one line item,” he said.
