The Matrix film-maker, Lilly Wachowski, formerly known as Andy, has come out as a transgender woman Lilly wrote a candid statement to pre-empt a major outlet from revealing her change in a story entitled, “Sex change shocker – Wachowski brothers now sisters!!!"
Four years ago her sister and collaborator, Lana Wachowski, revealed she was a transgender woman. Now they're BOTH women.
