The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday granted ex- Chief of Defense Staff Alex Badeh bail to the sum of N2 billion with two surety of N1billion each ,
Though the prosecution lawyer argued against it, promising to tender the alleged $1m cash found by the EFCC in Alex Badeh's House,but Justice Okon Abang however granted bail to Badeh at N2billion, with two sureties at N1b each
. adding that each of the sureties must possess landed property in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), which must be valued at N1b.
Badeh was arraigned before the court on March 7 with a firm, Iyalikam Nigeria Limited, on a 10-count charge of breach of trust and corruption
