50 Cent Finally Sells 52 Rooms Connecticut Mansion For $8m

Curtis Jackson III, popularly known as 50 cent finally sold his Connecticut 52 rooms mansion for a cut price of $8m to a property developer who plan to make it a nursing home.
50 Cent bought the property from Mike Tyson in 2003 in the height of his popularity for $4.1m,spending additional $10m renovation adding a gym, basketball court,a club with stripper pole.
The 50,000-square-foot home boasts 25 bathrooms.
One of the biggest private residences in America, it costs a whopping $72,000 a month to finance and maintain.he initially listed it for $18m.
