Special Court Nominee Judges Fails Integrity Test

The speedy setting up of Special courts to try looters may face issues of getting the right Judges to head the courts as demanded by President Buhari.owing to the fact that, out of the hundred Judges presented by the National Judicial Council,NJC, to Security agencies for clearance and Screening failed 'Intergrity Test' as gathered by Tribune Sunday evening.

Some of the Major criteria that qualifies a Nominee Judge are

*Judge must be bold and does not give sentimental judgement
*Judge must have less case thrown out of the Appeal Court
A security source discloses that the selection of the judges is yet to be completed because most the those picked failed the integrity test.

The Presidential Advisory committee on anti corruption war headed by Sagay is in charge of getting the stage set for trying treasury looters.
