Buhari Suspend Immigration Boss David Parradang

  

President Buhari today suspends the comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service Mr David Parradang.
Mr Parradang was asked to Proceed on suspension on Friday while the deputy comptroller General Mr Martins Abeshi  takes over.

The reason for his suspension is not clear, but it can be recalled that the Immigration Service under his leadership in 2014  organised a recruitment exercise were 20 applicants died,each applicant about 700,000 was made to pay N1000 by the agent commission to organise the examination.despite raising about N1bn the logistics was poor leading to the death of 20 applicants.
Mr Parradang denied any role in the contract.
