Bomb blast has killed at least 20 traders and Inflicting 50 persons with serious injuries at a local market in Damboa Local local government area of Borno The bomb went off at about 1pm Tuesday in Sabon Gari village 45 km from Biu town.
Witness said the bomb may have been planted inside the market.though there are conflicting reports about number of casualties,but hospital source in Biu who would not want to be quoted in this report because she has no clearance to speak to the press said “we have admitted 41 injured persons who are currently being given medication, while over 20 other bodies “mostly burnt or battered beyond recognition were also brought to the mortuary”.
