The President of Chad Republic Idriss Deby said that the leader of the Terror group Boko Haram Abubakar Shekau has been replace by another member of the terror group,the New leader according to the Chadian President is one Mohamat Daoud, who is willing to negotiate with Nigerian Government.
Idriss Derby Made the statement during a press conference on Tuesday,concluding that the insurgence will be finished by December.
"There is someone apparently called Mahamat Daoud who is said to have replaced Abubakr Shekau and he wants to negotiate with the Nigerian government," he said. "For my part, I would advise not to negotiate with a terrorist."
The Chadian forces has played a big role, fighting with Nigerian armed Forces to crush the Insurgents,around the border and initially North eastern Nigeria.
It is not clear how Idriss came about this Information but it has been rumoured that shekau has fled Nigeria due to the intense military bombardment a while before.
