   Grammy-winning rap star Lil Wayne was taken to hospital on Sunday after suffering a seizure and being found unconscious in his Chicago hotel room (pictured in 2014)

Rapper Lil Wayne was rushed to hospital after being found unconscious in a hotel room in Chicago.he reportedly suffered a seizure.
The incident was confirmed to TMZ by his representative that the rapper suffered multiple seizures
