A British High Court has ruled that member of parliament must have a say by voting on the Brexit before article 50 can be triggered to begin the actual process of exit from the EU.
Remain campaigners got the victory verdict today thursday as Lord Chief Justice Lord Thomas sided with them in his ruling,a decision seen as a slap in the face of Prime Minister Theresa May.
