Casino Billionaire James Parker has ended his engagement and relationship with singer Mariah Carey over excessive spending habit and falling out over her new reality TV show Mariah's World.
A family confirmed to Australian publication Woman's Day. that Parker allowed her to keep the $10m engagement ring.
