Former Minister of Aviation and Spokesperson for President Jonathan's Campaign Fani Kayode was was arrested by the EFCC is to be arraigned on November 10th on fresh charges bordering criminal diversion of funds.
Fani was re arrested on Friday at the court premises in Lagos.
