Nigeria Football Teams Defeat Honduras, Wins Bronze Medal

     

 The Nigeria Dream Team VI  beat Honduras 3-2 on Saturday to snatch the bronze medal of the men’s football event in Rio.
Two goals from Sadiq Umar and another from Aminu Umar gave Nigeria a three goal lead but despite Honduras scoring two goals it was not enough to deny Nigeria a priceless bronze medal in a torrid campaign at the Rio Olympics.
With this win, Nigeria has now won all medals in the football event of the Olympics.
