Mr Charles Adeogun Philip, the prosecution counsel of the trial of Supreme Court Judge, Justice Ngwuta has withdrawn from the case.Justice Ngwuta is been trial by the FG over allegation bordering money laundering in tune of N500m.
The Lawyer announced his decision to withdraw before Justice John Tsoho of Federal High Court Abuja on Thursday as the case was called.
