Justice Muslim Hassan of Federal High Court in Lagos has order a final forfeiture of N34bn linked to Mrs Diezani Alison Madueke former petroleum minister, the combined sum of N23.4b, N9.08b, and $5m USD was ordered by the Judge who on January 6th initially granted a temporary forfeiture order, to be finally forfeited owing to the evidence presented by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, linking the money to proceed crimes
