The ruling by US District Court Judge James Robart suspending Trump Executive order will remain as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal has denied the immediate emergency motion requesting a stay of the injunction blocking enforcement of President Travel Ban.
The US Department of Justice on Sunday filed an appeal to the 9th US District Circuit Court of Appeal to stop the decision of Judge James order suspending the travel ban temporarily.
