AMCOM Takes Over Distressed Arik Air With Debt of N135

                         

The Asset Management Company of Nigeria (AMCOM) has taken over debt-ridden Arik Air after series of denial by its management.

The Airline owes AMCOM N135 billion and another service provider about N10 billion.
Captain Roy Ukpebo Ilegbodu an Aviation expert has been appointed by AMCON to run the Airline
AMCOM stated that it took over the company due to its heavy Financial debt and to prevent it from total collapsed
