A suicide bomber has killed himself and another person at a mosque in Dalori quarters opposite the University of Maiduguri as they were observing early morning prayers today.
The victim is believed to be a student of the school.Spokesman of the National Emergency Management Agency confirmed that the bomber, a male killed himself and another.
