A Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday issue an order to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,EFCC to release all property of Governor Fayose seized based on the order of the court made on July 20 and August 2, 2016.
Ju the Justice Dimgba who gave the judgement on an application by Chief Mike Ozekheme, SAN, Fayose's lawyer said noted that the interim orders which were made on July 20, and reaffirmed on August 3, were made to last for 45 days to enable EFCC carry out its investigations and that the orders ought to elapse on September 3,bom but from records the EFCC did nothing to renew it.
