Aisha Buhari Fulfills Pledge Donates N55m To Chibok Girls Parents

  

One month after he made a pledge of donating the proceeds of her book launch for the welfare of the parents of the abducted Chibok school Girls, wife of the president Mohammadu Buhari, Aisha on Tuesday presented N55 million to the parents

It would be recalled that the president’s wife on April 14, 2016 while publicly presenting her book titled “Essentials of Beauty Therapy”, at the Old Banquet of the presidential villa, made the promise.

At a brief ceremony to mark the event, Mrs Buhari said that the proceeds from the book presentation provided the privilege to dedicate N30 million to the parents of the abducted chibok girls and N25 million to those in Buniyadi
