Senate President Bukola Saraki lost on Thursday his bid to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.his application for nullification was dismissed by the Federal High Court in Abuja
Justice Abdul Kafarati, held that the CCT is a constitutional body, in the discharge of its legal obligation which should not be interfered with by a court of law.
