Justice Ibrahim Buba of Federal High Court Lagos on Thursday order the arrest of Tompolo, former Niger Delta Militant,real name (Government Ekpemupolo) for refusing to appear before the court over allegation of N34billion theft of fund belonging to Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency NIMASA.
All the accused in the case were present in court with exception of Tompolo.
