P.Diddy won't face assault Charges over UCLA altercation

The District Attorney has referred  P.diddy's case the a Los Angeles city attorney office if he would face lesser charges.
Diddy was arrested on the 22nd June on assault with a deadly weapon at the University of California Los Angeles,he was held in jail before been released on Bail of $160,000.

"We are thankful that the district attorney rejected felony charges in this matter," said Combs's lawyer, Mark Geragos
"This case never should have been part of the criminal justice system to begin with.

A spokesman said the school had no comment on the district attorney's decision.
