A High Court in Port Harcourt  on Thursday dissolves 22 Local government Council in Rivers State,
A Federal High Court one, presided over by Justice lambo Akambi ruled that the decision of the immediate past Governor Rotimi Amaechi to conduct Local government Elections against court order for both parties to maintain status Quo is an abuse of Court process and disregard to the Rule of Law,
While Judgement is been delivered an explosion happened outside the court Premises,
