Killer of CBBC actor,Jeffery Okafor Found guilty of Murder

  

Jeffery Okafor the person that stabbed a CBBC actor to death at a central London club has been found guilty of murder. He allegedly attacked carl Beatson Aseidu after a late night row turn violent,he confessed to his girlfriend that he had stabbed Aseidu and fled London to Nigerian with his brother passport according to the court


Beatson was an actor and a part-time DJ. In the night he was killed he perform at a club near vauxhall station,outside the club he and his friends were approach by a group of men including Okafor, it was at that point that Beatson was separated and  stabbed on the chest by Okafor, post-mortem examination shows that his death was caused by a wound to the chest,DNA sample which came from the victim was found in one of the gloves Okafor gave to his girlfriend.

Sarah Whitehouse QC, prosecuting, told Woolwich Crown Court: “After the attack, Jeffrey Okafor actually confessed to a girlfriend that he had stabbed Carl Beatson.”
Okafor confessed in a phone call within an hour of the attack and days later he told the same woman that he had stabbed the DJ in the stomach.
She said he gave her a pair of black gloves to look after which were later passed to police.
