Aliko Dangote lekki refinery to cost $11 billion

  

Africa richest man Aliko Dangote has started work on his proposed refinery in Lagos, the 650,000 barrel per day Dangote refinery complex and fertilizer plant is estimated to cost $11 billion.
The commissioner of commerce and Industry,Mrs Olusola Oworu said that Massive construction work is going on in the refinery.

She said the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2016, with about 8,000 engineers required to do the job,the construction is expected to provide 20,000 jobs
